How to Start the Unsubscribing Process

If you’ve decided to cancel your subscription to StreamShift.net, the process is quick and straightforward. Here’s what to do depending on whether you still have access to your account.

  1. Go to StreamShift.net and log in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select “My Account” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll to the Membership & Billing section and click “View” next to your subscription plan.
  5. Click “Cancel Membership.”
  6. Confirm by selecting “Finish Cancellation.”

📧 After canceling, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, make sure to check your spam or junk folder.

 

🤔 Don’t Remember Your Account Info?

No worries — you can still cancel your subscription using one of the options below.

Option 1: Cancellation via Contact Form

  1. Visit the Support Request Form.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Use “Cancel my membership” as the subject.
  4. Under “What do you need help with?”, choose “How Do I Cancel?”.
  5. In the description box, write: “Please cancel my account.”
  6. Submit the form — the support team will take it from there.

Option 2: Cancel via Live Chat

  1. Go to the Help Center.
  2. Click “Start Live Chat”.
  3. Select “Start Chat” when prompted.
  4. Choose your preferred language.
  5. Select “How do I cancel?” and follow the guided steps.
