How to Start the Unsubscribing Process

If you’ve decided to cancel your Max subscription, the steps are simple and can be completed in just a few minutes. Follow the instructions below depending on whether you still have access to your account.

 

🔐 Using Your Login Details

  1. Go to Max.com and sign in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select “My Account” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll to the Membership & Billing section and click “View” next to your active plan.
  5. Click “Cancel Membership.”
  6. Confirm the action by selecting “Finish Cancellation.”

📧 Once the cancellation is completed, Max will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. If you don’t see it right away, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
